Before contacting support
- Open the shop dashboard and select Operations.
- Run the Discord permission check.
- Confirm ArkMart's role is above seller roles it must assign.
- Retry a failed job only after its reported cause is fixed.
- Include the shop name, approximate time, and affected cart or ticket number.

For privacy or account deletion requests, use the same address with the subject Privacy request and identify the Discord account and server involved.
Incident information
Operational alerts are recorded in the dashboard. Service owners can also configure an operations channel for Discord permission and failed-delivery reports. Never paste secrets into a ticket or public Discord channel.
