1. Information we process
ArkMart processes Discord user, guild, channel, role, and message identifiers; public Discord profile details needed for the dashboard; shop configuration; inventory, cart, ticket, sale, feedback, giveaway, and audit records; and files a manager deliberately uploads, including ArkLines databases. We also process technical logs, service health, permission reports, and error details.
If a paid plan is enabled, Stripe processes payment card details. ArkMart stores billing status and provider identifiers, not full card numbers or card security codes.
2. How information is used
We use this data to authenticate managers, operate Discord workflows, route orders, maintain records requested by the shop, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, calculate analytics, provide support, and administer subscriptions. We do not sell personal information.
3. Sharing and processors
Data may be processed by Discord for bot and account interactions, Stripe for billing, and infrastructure providers used to host, protect, monitor, and back up the service. Information is also visible to a shop's authorized managers, buyers, sellers, or Discord members when the workflow makes that information visible.
4. Retention
Shop managers configure transcript retention within supported limits. Temporary cart channels are removed after their workflow and feedback window, while compact sales, receipts, feedback, and audit records may remain for reporting, dispute handling, security, and legal obligations. Backups expire on a rotating schedule. We delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
5. Security
We use scoped application access, encrypted transport, secret separation, database backups, access controls, delivery dead-lettering, and operational monitoring. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Shop owners must protect their Discord roles, credentials, and administrator accounts.
6. Your choices
Server managers can change routing and retention, remove the bot, and request an export or deletion. Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion where applicable. Some records may be retained when necessary for security, fraud prevention, disputes, or legal compliance.
7. Children and international use
ArkMart is not directed to children under the minimum age required by Discord or local law. Users and server owners are responsible for complying with laws that apply where they operate.
