1. The service
ArkMart provides Discord ticketing, shop inventory, cart fulfillment, sales records, feedback, giveaways, analytics, and related management tools. Features may be Free, Premium, beta, planned, or available only through a Custom agreement.
2. Accounts and authority
You must meet Discord's age requirements and have authority to configure each server you manage. You are responsible for your Discord account, server roles, staff access, bot permissions, and the accuracy of information entered by your team.
3. Marketplace responsibility
ArkMart records and coordinates transactions but is not a seller, buyer, payment processor, escrow service, delivery guarantor, or party to trades between community members. Shop owners set prices, currencies, rules, refunds, delivery terms, and tax treatment. Virtual items and community currencies may have no cash value.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use ArkMart for fraud, harassment, unauthorized access, illegal goods or services, manipulated giveaways, malware, credential collection, platform abuse, or infringement. Do not attempt to bypass service limits, probe other tenants, or interfere with operation.
5. Plans and billing
Free services have no subscription fee. Premium pricing and billing interval are shown before checkout. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions renew until canceled and access continues through the paid period. Custom features require a separate written scope. Fees already earned are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly agreed.
6. Availability and changes
We may improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue features to protect users, comply with law, or operate the service safely. Beta and planned capabilities may change or never launch. We aim for reliable operation but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
7. Content and permissions
You retain rights in content you submit and grant ArkMart the limited permission needed to host, transform, publish, back up, and transmit it for the service. You must have the right to upload images, databases, text, and other materials you provide.
8. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service and remove the bot. We may restrict access for security, nonpayment, illegal use, material breach, or risk to others. Data handling after termination follows the Privacy Policy and applicable law.
9. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. ArkMart is not responsible for Discord outages, lost game items, failed trades, seller conduct, buyer conduct, server moderation, or indirect or consequential losses. Liability that cannot legally be excluded is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
